Fora is a modern travel agency that makes the experience of planning & booking trips seamless.
I run my own business backed by the support of Fora. I work directly with my clients; my deep relationships with hotels and travel partners allows me to give you the best trip possible.
For you, that means the best of both worlds: a real person who learns how you like to travel, plus the buying power of an agency with relationships at 5,000+ hotels and travel providers — including Virtuoso, Four Seasons, Rosewood, and plenty of smaller boutique properties.
Working with me means no annoying call centers, AI chatbots, or canned responses — just an experienced travel professional who is in your corner.

I work directly with you to design your ideal vacation — your pace, your tastes, and the experiences you'll still be talking about years later. From destination research to booking flights, accommodations, and the hard-to-get reservations and VIP experiences you'd struggle to arrange on your own, I handle the details that quietly make or break a trip.
My industry preferred partnerships means you’re able to get VIP treatment at many hotels, even ahead of Amex customers.
And I don't disappear once it's booked — I become your dedicated travel liaison for the whole journey, so if a flight shifts or a plan changes, you have a real person to turn to. That's what I offer: bespoke service with a 100% human touch. No algorithms, no call centers — just me.

Yes, I know credit card travel perk programs offer things like $200 resort credits and free breakfast. But, I'll let you in on a little secret: booking with me means you're getting all of the same perks, but you're prioritized for room upgrades before other customers.
Why? Because the travel industry is all about relationships and mine go deep. Our team has decades of experience within the industry and during that time we’ve built meaningful relationships with hotels around the world (5,000 + to be exact). And it doesn’t stop at upgrades. I am part of nearly every major preferred partner program including Four Seasons Preferred, Hilton Impresario, Hyatt Privé, IHG Luxury and Lifestyle and Virtuoso Travel.
Why does this matter? Well, preferred partnerships aren't easy to get — these are highly selective, invitation-only programs cultivated by hotels to reward agencies who deliver consistent, high-quality clientele. What does this mean for you? Beyond getting priority ahead of Amex customers for room upgrades, when you book a hotel through me, you’ll be flagged as VIP guests prior to your arrival. Cue bespoke welcome amenities, hyper-personalized attention - and maybe even your favorite slice of cake from that little local bakery waiting in your room at turn down.
-
No! I bring thousands of relationships with hotels and travel partners that allow me to secure the best for my clients — priority room upgrades, preferred rates, and more.
I’m also a highly experienced world traveler, planning custom trips for over 15 years. I'll treat your vacation with the same joy, detail, and care I bring to my own — and I'll be your advocate at every step.I handle all the details, tying your trip together into one comprehensive plan so you don’t have to.
Trip planning has many blind spots most people never see until it’s already happening: the tight connection that was never going to work, the "conveniently located" hotel that isn't, or the festival that closes everything down the week you arrive.
Knowing where those traps hide is the difference between a trip that flows effortlessly versus one you're trying to fix as you go.
I offer realistic, thoughtful itineraries that are achievable, enjoyable, and logistically sound — I treat travel like a marathon, not a sprint.

Consultations and one-off bookings are free — a single hotel, a cruise, a transfer, or booking one of my Curated Journeys as-is costs you nothing beyond the supplier's rate.
Fully customized, end-to-end planning starts at $250 and scales with the scope of your trip — domestic, multi-stop, international, or group. You can see the full breakdown here.
Why a fee? Custom planning is real work — the hours of research, sourcing, comparing, and coordinating that turn a wish list into a seamless trip. My pricing reflects that time and expertise, and it's what lets me build something genuinely tailored to you rather than a generic template.
As an independent Travel Advisor with Fora Travel, I can often unlock savings, perks, and discounts you won't find booking on your own — room upgrades, resort credits, and special rates that aren't public.
My goal is simple: save you time and money by handling the details, so you get more out of your trip and put less work into planning it.
-
That’s the beauty of my services — you can be as hands-on with the planning as you like!
If you prefer to do the legwork and be more involved — no problem. You can still research to your heart’s content and come to me when you’re ready to do the actual booking.
I can add the finishing touches (access to the upgrade, adjoining rooms, free breakfast, etc.) and make sure you’re getting the best value, while also being the point of contact who steps in if your expectations aren’t being met.

Good question! I earn a commission directly from suppliers and providers on most bookings — paid by them, not by you.
Here's what most travelers don't realize: those commissions are already built into travel pricing. When you book a hotel through an online booking site, that site collects a commission from the property. You don't pay extra for it — it's baked into the rate you were going to pay anyway.
So the commission gets paid either way. The only question is whether it goes to a website you'll never speak to, or to an advisor who knows your preferences, handles the details, and picks up the phone when something goes wrong. I provide considerably more service — plus perks like room upgrades and resort credits that booking direct usually won't get you.
Commission covers standard bookings at no cost to you. For fully customized trips, I charge a service fee for the trip design work itself — separate from commission, always quoted upfront, and never a surprise. You can see my service and pricing details here.

Sooner than you think — but it's rarely too late to ask.
As a rough guide: 3 to 6 months out for domestic trips and standard international travel, 6 to 12 months for peak season, popular destinations, or anything with limited inventory like small ships, safari lodges, and boutique properties. Holidays and major events fill very early.
Reaching out early isn't about locking things in immediately — it's about having options. The best-value rooms and the most convenient routes tend to go first, and early planning is what lets me get you the good ones instead of what's left.
That said, if your trip is six weeks out, ask anyway. I'd rather tell you honestly what's still possible than have you assume it isn't worth asking.
-
No. You're never limited to a set list.
As a Fora Advisor, I have access to exclusive rates, upgrades, and perks with certain brands and providers — but that's an added benefit, not a restriction. If you have airlines, hotels, or providers you prefer, I'll book those. And if your pick happens to be a partner property, even better: you get the place you wanted and the perks that come with it.
Two things worth knowing. Booking outside the partner network is completely fine, but the upgrades and credits generally won't apply — so I'll always tell you upfront when a preference means trading a perk, and let you decide. And a small number of providers don't work with travel advisors at all. If you've got your heart set on one of those, I'll say so early and build the rest of your trip around it rather than leaving you to find out at booking.
-
You can be as involved as you'd like in the planning — but I handle the actual booking. You’re welcome research hotels for hours and hand me a shortlist, or give me your dates and let me come back with options — planning is as collaborative as you'd like.
The one constant is that I complete and manage your bookings. That's what makes me your advisor of record, and it's where the perks, the price monitoring, and the someone-to-call-when-it-goes-wrong all come from. A reservation you make on your own doesn't carry any of that.
Bring me all the research you want — just send it over before you hit "reserve."
-
Absolutely. Come to me with flights on points or a hotel already booked and I'll build the rest of the trip around it.
In some cases I can take over an existing booking entirely — it depends on where and how it was booked and how recently, so just send me the details and I'll check. If it can transfer, you get my support on it going forward, plus any perks that apply. If it can't, you'd handle that one directly and I'll coordinate around it.
Partway through planning and it's gotten overwhelming? That's an especially good time to reach out.

Working with me isn’t a discount service, it’s a value add service.
I will always work with my partners to get you the best rates AND best the experience possible.
While you may be able to find the cheapest rate using public booking platforms, but did you know that hotel is above a noisy nightclub or that vacation rental is using fake photos?
Time and again, I’ve heard unfortunate tales of disappointment from travelers who made reservations and created itineraries only to find that what they booked wasn’t what was promised, or the location of their stay was hours away from their sightseeing plans.
Working with me, you won’t be hit surprised with a bait-and-switch, or hidden fees when you arrive at your hotel. I always do deep research, and work directly with my travel partners to ensure expectations are met.
If the rate you find online is in fact the best, I’m still happy to book it for you while flagging you as a VIP guest with the hotel directly. -
Yes — final responsibility for valid travel documents is always yours. But you won't be figuring it out alone.
I'll flag the entry requirements for your destination: visa rules, passport validity windows (many countries require at least six months of validity beyond your travel dates), vaccination or health documentation, and anything else that applies to your itinerary. What I can't do is issue or guarantee documents, and requirements can change between booking and departure, so I'll point you to the official government sources to confirm.
The short version: I'll tell you what you need and when you need it. Getting it in hand is on you.
-
If anything goes sideways — a hotel problem, a flight change, or something you didn't see coming — reach out to me. I'm your point of contact, and I'll work to get it sorted.
For true emergencies (medical, natural disaster, political or military situations, and the like), always contact local authorities or the appropriate government resource first — I'm not an emergency responder. Before you travel, I'll provide the emergency contacts and resources specific to your destination, so you'll already have them in hand if you need them.
I also recommend travel insurance. It covers the scenarios no amount of planning can prevent, and it's worth the peace of mind.
-
Things happen and plans change — just reach out as soon as you know, and I'll cancel or reschedule whatever the terms allow.
Every supplier and provider sets its own cancellation deadlines, windows, and refund terms, and I can't change them. I'll go over the ones that apply to your trip before you book, so you know exactly where you stand. The sooner you tell me about a change, the more room there is to work with.
One thing to note separately: my service charge covers the design work itself and is non-refundable, since that work is already done by the time your trip is booked. This will always be discussed and confirmed with you beforehand, so there are no surprises later.
-
Yes. I'm happy to work with travelers who have accessibility needs or travel with a service animal.
I'll verify the specifics with each property and provider directly — step-free access, roll-in showers, elevator availability, room configurations — rather than trusting a listing that says "accessible."
Requirements do vary by country, so for international trips I'll research the rules that apply at your destination, including airline policies and any documentation or entry requirements for service animals.
-
No, I’m happy to work with your budget. While my focus is on luxury, I've planned trips across a wide range of budgets, and the process is the same either way: I find the best possible version of your trip at the number you're comfortable with. A well-planned modest trip beats a poorly planned expensive one every time.
The one thing I'd ask is honesty about your budget up front. Far from a filter, it's the single most useful thing you can tell me — it's what shows me exactly where to spend and where to save.
-
Yes — anywhere in the US and abroad.
Everything happens by phone, email, or video call. Where you live has no bearing on how I plan your trip or what I can access for you.
