For multi-city, multi-stop, or international trips with more moving parts and deeper planning. This service includes:

• A fully designed itinerary across multiple destinations, domestic or international

• Day-by-day planning with complex logistics, transfers, and connections coordinated

• A pre-trip packet with your reservation details, destination guide, and packing list

• Concierge-level service and support throughout your trip for all bookings I manage

For trips with many travelers, many moving parts, and the coordination to match — group getaways, corporate travel and retreats, destination weddings, and milestone celebrations. This service includes:

• Full itinerary design and logistics for the entire group

• Room blocks, group rates, and coordination across multiple bookings

• Management of individual traveler needs, requests, and payment details

• A pre-trip packet for every traveler with reservations, destination guide, and packing list

This is priced as a percentage of total trip cost, reflecting the added coordination that group travel requires. Quoted in writing with a clear scope before any work begins.
